On the basis of studying domestic and foreign relevant literature,this article used literature analysis,interviews,and questionnaires to interview 300 heads of teachers,teachers,parents,and students from different tutoring agencies in Sanshui District of Foshan City.The purpose of the questionnaire survey is to understand the current situation and existing problems in the current situation of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools from different perspectives,and to explore solutions to the problems existing in extracurricular tutoring institutions.At present,there are many private tutoring institutions in Sanshui District,Foshan City,which are irregularly established.The level of management and management is uneven;the teaching staff is unstable and the level of teachers is generally low;the number of students participating in tutoring organizations is becoming younger,and many students are required to participate in many extracurricular activities during the same period.Counseling institutions have a long learning time after class,and have blindness to the choice of extracurricular tutoring institutions;the teaching content and methods of extracurricular tutoring institutions are single,and the learning intensity is large.Students need to complete school work,but also complete the work of the tutoring institution,and lack of learning.Motivation and interest;the limited funding sources for extracurricular tutoring institutions is also one of the important reasons that lead to their unreasonable charging of students and “walking”.From this we found that there are some problems in the management of extracurricular counseling education.Objectively,the supervision and training of documents and qualifications of extracurricular tutoring institutions is confusing.The system and supervision of the relevant administrative departments are lacking.Consumers have difficulty in safeguarding rights in such non-mainstream education.Subjective aspects are that the tutors of tutoring institutions have complex sources,strong mobility,and loose teacher management.The homogenization of teaching content and the phenomenon of advanced education are widespread;false propaganda has caused students to have no guarantees in terms of learning effects,learning environment,safety,etc.;there is a serious phenomenon of unreasonable charging for students,unreasonable distribution of teachers' wages,and anomie in financial management;The concept of running a school is one of the main causes of many problems.In view of this,this article suggests the following solutions:1.Internal Perfection: Changing the interests of the extracurricular tutoring institutions and the test-based schooling and teaching philosophy to promote the individual development of students and the improvement of their abilities as the main training objectives.Honest management,legal self-discipline,and orderly competition have become effective supplements for students' mainstream education;they have improved teacher management rules,strengthened teacher business training,and improved the teaching quality assessment mechanism and reward system;eliminated irrational charges,sought financing cooperation,and fully emancipated the mind.,to create quality extracurricular counseling education.2.External promotion: The government departments strengthen the legislative and supervision of extracurricular tutoring institutions,guide,regulate,and supervise their development in a good direction;mainstream schools should change their educational concepts and understand the actual situation of extracurricular tutoring institutions.Reflect and improve,and correctly view the extracurricular tutoring institutions;family education is indispensable and indispensable to school education and tutoring education.Parents should take advantage of the situation and focus on communicating with children,teachers and administrators of schools and counselling agencies,not putting all care on children's achievements,nurturing a healthy personality of children,and realizing the significance of learning and life is education.Should be given to students.
