In the kindergarten education,the kindergarten teachers have an indispensable role in the teaching work as the professional staff to carry out the educational work.Since2001,China's importance in the preschool education work is gradually strengthened,the Ministry of education has promulgated the "guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial implementation)","Kindergarten Teachers' professional standards" and other educational documents,these documents for the kindergarten teachers' professional qualities are the basic requirements of kindergarten teachers according to the education in the file requirements strictly regulate their own teaching behavior.In the process of kindergarten teaching,teacher support is the core factor that directly affects children's activities.Therefore,it's an important part of preschool education to study teacher support in kindergarten teaching activities.Artistic creation is a necessary ability for the development of children's art field,which is of great significance to the development of children's life.The development of children's artistic creative ability has also become an urgent concern for parents.The art creation activities in kindergartens play a great role in training children's art creation,which can maximize children's ability to develop their creativity and artistic expression through their imagination and hands-on operation.However,in the observation of the art creation activities of the kindergarten,the researchers found that there are still some problems in the support of the teachers' support for the children's artistic creation.The purpose of this study is to provide teachers with a theoretical and practical basis for teachers to support young children's artistic creation.The research method used in this study is action research.The research object is a small class of kindergartens in Harbin.The literature,observation and case analysis methods are used to study the teachers' support for the children's artistic creation in the art creation activities of the garden.Through the discovery of problems-Strategies-Practical Exploration-the spiral action research of reflection summary,the supporting strategies of teachers' support for children's artistic creation under the view of developmental evaluation are put forward.This article mainly includes the followingfour parts.Chapter one: introduction.This part mainly introduces the research origin,research significance,domestic and international definition for the research literature review and teacher support,children's artistic creation and development evaluation concepts,related data creation under the support of preschool art teachers on the development evaluation of finishing.The second chapter: research and design.This part is based on the research and design of the process of children's art creation under the support of teachers.It mainly presents the research background,research methods and research steps.The third chapter: the process of research.This section,by diagnosing the problems of kindergarten teachers supporting children's art creation,lists clear action plans,and presents the action research process of teachers' support for children's art creation activities under dynamic developmental evaluation.The fourth chapter: research results and suggestions.In this part,the results of the study are combed and the relevant educational suggestions are put forward.
