Efficiency Analysis Of Constructing A Resource

In the spirit of the proposal of constructing a resource-saving society put forward by the Chinese government,the process of constructing a resource-saving campus in a University is reviewed and the benefit analysis is carried out in this research,based on the basic principle of sustainable development.The results can provide useful technical support for the logistics system for the task of building a resource-saving campus.This project combined theoretical analysis and case study method together.The present situation and problem during the process of constructing a resource-saving campus are analyzed.First the concept of campus resources and the research scope of this thesis are clarified.Based on that,the investigation and analysis of the utilization of campus resources are carried out.Data of resources consumption in the campus is collected and classified,and the consumption characteristic of different types of resource are analyzed,and the measures already implemented for the resource-saving activity is carried out.At last,a conclusion for the whole picture of the resource consuming in the campus is drawing,and the problem is point out.The methods for the analysis of constructing a resource-saving campus are also investigated.In this research,the basic types of benefit are analyzed,and the existing analysis tools for the resource-saving campus are compared and summarized.Through the in-depth investigation of the existing analysis tools,an efficiency analysis method based on Ecological Footprint and three types of benefits is chosen for the following analysis.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of resource utilization,as well as the analysis tools,this thesis has carried out the efficiency analysis.Based on the researches on the present situation of energy utilization and methodology for the efficiency analysis,the projects during constructing a resource-saving campus are analyzed.The economic,ecological,and societal property of the non-renewable resources and the renewable resources are calculated,and the project of the replacing of coal with nature gas,the electricity energy conservation,the transportation energy conservation,the water resource conservation and the improving of prandial structures are introduced and the efficiencies of them are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the efficiency analysis results,combined with the actual situation of the university,the policy and specific implementation of the relevant recommendations for building a resource-saving campus is put forward to provide decision-making reference.
