With the development of our country's society and economy,education of children is highly valued by families.In order to give their children a good education,people pay more and more attention to their children's art education.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of new technological means,many new types of art have grown up.Such as broadcasting and hosting,film and television editing,news reporter,programming language,3D printing and so on.As more and more new art projects mature,they will become the majors of education.Relevant classes,schools,institutions and so on entered the children's art education.The new types of children's art education came into being.Because they are good for the future development of children,under the action of the market,these art types are quickly developed outside of school.Relevant education institutions and facilities have also been developed rapidly,which can be used by parents and public schools as education resources outside the campus.However,due to the advanced technology development and the pursuit of market interests,the corresponding education training market will inevitably fall due to the problems caused by the rapid development.Although society can "tolerate" some problems in the process of "new" of these new art education.However,if the problem exists in the long term,it will inevitably affect the development of new art education.There will be a great hidden danger for children and teenagers who will carry out the new art education.The author wants to do some researches because of these reasons.This paper is divided into 6 parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part is the development of new children's art education in our country.The third part is the problem analysis of new children art education under external resources.The fourth part is the development of new children art education in foreign countries and reference to our country.The fifth part is the countermeasures of new children art under external resources.The sixth part is the research conclusion and reflection.This study mainly studied the new children art education based on external resources in our country through literature analysis,interview method and case analysis method.Through the interview,I got the relevant materials of the new education practice of children's art.And the problems existing in the development of education were found.Through the introduction of the education situation in the United States and Singapore.Through the introduction of the education situation in the United States and Singapore,and compared with the children's art education in our country to find out the deficiency of education in our country.They can provide reference for the development of new children's art education.On this basis,we have a deep analysis of our country's growing school of new children's art education,put forward countermeasure to corresponding problem.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions on the future development of education.The conclusions of this study are: Firstly,the new children's art education is entertainment body and mind,which causes children's interest in learning education.In accordance with the law of children's growth,it can be a powerful measure to promote the development of education in our country.It should be vigorously promoted and developed.Secondly,there is a certain confusion about the new type of children's art education.The main reason is the lack of a strong social education supervision system.Some of these institutions have pursued excessive commercialization interests,which has reduced the value of education of education institutions.It has caused problems such as effective integration,low quality of teachers and excessive concentration of resources.Thirdly,the paper proposes four solutions to the problems existing in the development of education:(1)To strengthen the integration of government,society and school;(2)Establish a scientific supervision system;(3)Improve the quality of training teachers.(4)We will increase support for education in poverty-stricken areas.
