Private secondary vocational school property belongs to "private" rather than "public", education level is "secondary" rather than "" in vocational colleges.Special properties and level of influence to the survival and development of the school, is a huge effect on teachers’ group.Teachers’ professional identity is low, the teachers’ rights and interests cannot get protection, leading to teachers’ work involuntarily, procrastination, emotional instability, lack of a sense of accomplishment and leads to frequent flow, serious physical and mental problems.Comprehensive analysis, which belong to the category of the study of teachers’ occupational tiredness, and the incidence of private secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout and severity is much higher than other kinds.The study found that private secondary vocational teachers’ the main reason for the high incidence of job burnout from social environment, working environment and teachers’ own three aspects.Social environment, it is because the private secondary vocational school funding comes from tuition fees, social donations and independent management, is "independent, self-financing" rather than "government allocated at all levels, and the national policy support for private secondary vocational schools do not run by the local secondary vocational school survival difficulties, combined with the country to support the state-run secondary vocational schools in recent years contributed to the private secondary vocational school difficult to survive in the competition, the school survival difficult cause teacher’s work and study harder to growth.2 it is social lack of private secondary vocational school teachers’ rights and interests safeguard mechanism, supervision mechanism and enforcement, private secondary vocational school teachers’ lawful rights and interests cannot be guaranteed.3 it is to the public for private secondary vocational education quality as well as the requirement for the quality of teacher education equal to public school, high teachers’ psychological stress caused by high public expectations too high.Four is teacher’s income and welfare is far less than in the public higher vocational schools, run by the local secondary vocational school teachers have a relatively low living standard level leads to unbalance.Work environment, it is because of the private secondary vocational school recruit students is not easy to lead to a difficult management, schools tried to compress costs, lack of management mechanism, to promote "lawful" slow, makes it hard for teachers’ lawful rights and interests protection.The second is caused by the private secondary vocational schools lack of characteristic specialized overall income is not high, teacher’s benefits cannot be guaranteed.3 it is run by the local secondary vocational teachers work time and workload levels lead to exhaustion of body and mind, the teacher work task and work long hours, tedious, many private secondary vocational teachers want to job-hopping is not a suitable opportunity to jump, struggled for a long time lead to job burnout.Four is run by the local secondary vocational schools "Shuang Cha Sheng" lead to larger scale difficult teaching difficult tube, run by the local secondary vocational teachers to several times the effort to make "Shuang Cha Sheng" grow up.Teachers’ aspect, mainly private secondary vocational teachers’ self professional orientation is undeserved, some teachers don’t know what you want to do, can do, what to do, many private secondary vocational school teachers "this mountain looked at the mountain high", and dust, the employment situation and employment income lack of deep understanding, easy to aim;A lack of self adjusting way, no awareness and no initiative to understand the dangers of job burnout.Research shows that teachers’ job burnout directly affect the quality of teaching and school development, if not effectively control and mitigate private secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout, the school will be in a vicious cycle, not only waste of teaching resources, can also lead to the school to shut down or even closing their doors.Current for the study of teachers’ occupational tiredness, but mainly concentrated in the field of culture and education, and for research in the field of vocational education is not much, for private secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout problem is even more rare.Author for chengdu L vocational school teachers on research of private secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout, to "private", "secondary" as the breakthrough point, to run by the local secondary vocational school system, operation situation and development dilemma, teachers treatment, etc, on the basis of the analysis private secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout status, find out the reasons, finally explore the way to ease this phenomenon and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
