Public Satisfaction Of Public Employment Services In Gulou District Of Fuzhou

The public employment service system is a platform for the government to provide employment services for workers,which can promote the implementation of the current employment policy.It can reasonably distribute and effectively adjust job seekers in the labor market to meet the recruitment information needs of enterprises and promote the harmonious development of society.This paper investigates the public satisfaction of public employment service in Gulou District of Fuzhou City,looks for some problems exposed by public employment service,and puts forward corresponding corrective measures and opinions to improve the public satisfaction of public employment service in gulou district of Fuzhou city.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis,this paper explores the factors that affect the public satisfaction of public employment services in Gulou District of Fuzhou City,and analyses these factors,and puts forward some feasible solutions to improve them in order to solve the corresponding problems.Through consulting the relevant literature of the public employment service system at home and abroad and the relevant evaluation data of public satisfaction,we can understand and grasp the origin and development process of public employment service;through questionnaire survey and interview,we can grasp the current situation of public employment service;then through comparative analysis,we can explore the factors affecting public satisfaction with public employment service,and find out the problems existing in the public employment service system,and put forward to improve the public satisfaction with the public employment service in Gulou District.It can provide meaningful reference for improving the public employment service.
