Research On Preventive And Control Of Z City Group Events Caused By The Migrant Workers Asking For Salary

With the rapid development of China's market economy,a large number of migrant workers from rural areas to cities,and become a member of urban workers,to promote the process of urbanization in China play an important role.However,the rights and interests of migrant workers' wages and remuneration are often damaged,and even collective arrears of wages occur,which has aroused widespread concern of the society and become a difficult problem to be solved by government departments.It is of great significance for the social stability and economic development to prevent and cure the group incidents of migrant workers.Based on the theory of social conflict and the theory of public crisis management,this paper studies the prevention and cure of migrant workers' group events in Z city by using the methods of literature research,case analysis,interview and comparative research,and based on the theory of social conflict and public crisis management.This paper analyzes the lack of joint efforts between.government departments in Z City to prevent and cure the mass incidents of migrant workers,the lack of thorough propaganda of labor security laws and regulations,the inadequate daily supervision and early warning of government departments,and the insufficient enforcement and protection of labor security supervision.The problems such as insufficient emergency handling capacity of mass incidents are due to the imperfect mechanism of linkage and communication between departments,the imperfect system of safeguarding rights and remedies,and the imperfect system of wage payment guarantee.In 2003,migrant workers,such as weak awareness of rights protection,and so on.Moreover,drawing lessons from the experience of prefectures and 'cities in preventing and curing peasant workers' collective incidents,the author proposes to improve the linkage mechanism of the departments,strengthen the propaganda and guidance of labor security,strengthen the daily supervision and inspection,and strengthen the law enforcement forces of labor security supervision and supervision.Perfect group incident emergency plan,perfect salary payment guarantee system and other specific countermeasures.
