With the rapid development of China’s economy, urban and rural structure have taken a great place. The new rural gave birth to a large number of new farmers and new citizens, countless family farmers swarm into the city. Along with the increase of the number of migrants and their contribution to the urban construction which is becoming bigger and bigger, the growth and development of their life and their children gradually to be valued up by the social. Such a crowd of children no matter where selection. It is extremely difficult to blend in the school. Because they grew up in the countryside, whether study, life or character, it has formed the rural unique characteristics, which is different from the children who have formed the manner of city. At the very start these children have inferiority complex, and always think themselves is inferior to man, are afraid to communicate with students in the city as well. They are eager to make friends, but afraid of being rejected. At the same time, children born in the city who own the superiority and pride make them be tendentious to the children live in countryside, and be even discrimination. It is will bring great negative impact on the formation of children’s personality, mental health development,and influence on social talents cultivating if they cannot participate in the activities normally. In addition to, it also wastes of human resources. Thus it is worthy of attention to solve the problem that children of migrant worker cannot integrate into school.This article through search the existing literature, analyze the characteristics, existing problems and its reasons of the current migrant children school peer relations. Try to help solve the problems that the migrant children cannot get along with the companion, and improve the children’s interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to the new environment throng borrow the three methods of group social work methods of social work. At the same time, this article in the hope that using the team work method would correct the circumstance which students live in city always prejudice to the migrant children, and promote the urban students friendly exchanges with students from the countryside, helping each other, growing together.
