In recent years,smart phone has developed rapidly,but it not only facilitates people's daily life,but also brings some negative effects.Due to the unique characteristics of secondary vocational school students,the negative effects of inappropriate entertainment by using mobile phones are more prominent.At present,in the majority of secondary vocational colleges,the behavior of students' irrational use of mobile phones has become a new problem faced by the school.How to take reasonable and effective measures to intervene them and guide them has become a hot topic that the whole society pays attention to.This paper takes the secondary vocational students of Hebei Vocational Women's Technical College as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,to understand the current situation and basic situation of mobile phone use among secondary vocational school students.Clarify the harm of improper use of student's smart phone;According to the actual situation of secondary vocational school students and the influence factors of different levels at present,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of the phenomenon from four aspects: school,family,society and individual.According to many years' management experience and relevant theoretical foundation,this paper puts forward the management strategy from the angle of head teacher,hoping to guide the students of secondary vocational school to use their mobile phone correctly and reasonably,and to use the smartphone.A convenient communication tool to realize the effective management of students.This thesis mainly includes the following five parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance of the topic,describes the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the topic,and summarizes the research methods and innovation points.The second part introduces the relevant theories of mobile phone management for secondary vocational school students which including the connotation of smart phone,the definition of secondary vocational school students and secondary vocational school students management,and the theoretical basis of mobile phone management for secondary vocational school students.The third part,take the secondary vocational students of Hebei Vocational and Technical College as the research object,compile the questionnaire of the secondary vocational school students' smartphone use,and investigate the current situation of the secondary vocational school students' mobile phone use.Finally,it analyzes the current situation from five aspects: consumption,study,lifestyle,physical and mental health and communication.The fourth part,in view of the discovered question,the paper has studied the reason of the problem emphatically.The main reasons for the irrational using of mobile phone include the influence of the social environment,the improper school management,the bad influence of family education,the poor control of students themselves and the appearance of psychological problems.In the fifth part,combined with the reasons of the problem,the author puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions.Society needs to speed up the establishment of relevant laws and regulations,speed up the reform and improvement of the current educational system,and schools need to help students to use their mobile phones rationally from both ideological and behavioral aspects,and actively guide students to use mobile phones for diversified autonomous learning.It is helpful to manage the problem of using smart phone for secondary vocational school students.
