With the rapid development of science and technology,almost every student in Secondary Vocational Schools has a smart mobile phone.The popularity of smart mobile phones has brought tremendous impact to the class management of secondary vocational schools,as well as new opportunities and challenges.How to guide students in Secondary Vocational School to use smart mobile phones correctly and play a positive role in class management have become the focus and difficulty of class management in the new era.This paper takes the students of secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province as the research objects.Through questionnaires from seven secondary vocational schools,such as Guangdong Electronic Technology College and Meizhou Vocational Technical School,the author investigated the status quo of smart mobile phones used among students in secondary vocational schools,the impact of smart mobile phones on them,and the suggestions and measures for rational use of smart mobile phones.More than that,the author interviewed ten headteachers and ten students in Guangdong Electronic Technology College to learn more about the current situation of smart mobile phones in class management,the impact of smart mobile phones on class management,and the suggestions for smart mobile phones in class management.Through the analysis to the results of the questionnaires and interviews,the authors found that smart mobile phone has influenced students on two sides.On the one hand,the smart mobile phone has opened up the way of learning,increased students' knowledge and enriched their campus life;on the other hand,it has affected their study,physical and mental health,formed bad habits and wrong value orientation.Besides that,there are also two sides in class management.On the one hand,it has helped to open up the means of class management,reduce the work burden of the headteachers,enhance the communication between teachers,students and parents,and improve the efficiency and effect of class management;on the other hand,it has disturbed the order of class,influenced the teaching effect,and increased the difficulty of teaching management.According to the use status of smart mobile phone and the impact of smart mobile phone on class management,this paper puts forward some strategies in class management.To practice those strategies,the author designed an experiment lasted for three months to theTechnology College.The differences of students in the experiment between pre-test and post-test were recorded detailly.In the experiment,the author formulated and implemented the rules and regulations of smart mobile phone in class management,designed and held some theme class meetings of "Use smart mobile phone reasonably ",and set up class interest enhancement groups according to the actual situation of students.Three rounds of educational action research were carried out on interest enhancement group to observe the implementation of students,identify problems,and revise the interest enhancement group plan in time.After the experiment,it was found that the implementation of the strategies has made significant progress in three aspects: the use of smart mobile phone,students' self-improvement and class management construction through the analysis of experimental data,observations of students' performance and interviews with students.Based on the experimental results,this paper summarizes that schools should adhere to the idea of student-centered in class management,absorb those good experience of smart mobile phone in class management,construct the strategy which is parallel with control and guidance,formulate the principles about smart mobile phone management,hold more colorful theme classes to guide students to use smart mobile phones rationally,record students' growth and create a good class atmosphere,strengthen the communication between teachers and parents,and formulate the management plans to the interest enhancement groups on smart mobile phones.If we strengthen the control of the use of smart mobile phones for secondary vocational students,guide students to make rational use of smart mobile phones for self-improvement,the secondary vocational students can grow more healthily in the environment of smart mobile phones.
