According to the statistical information released by China Internet Information Center in 2016,the number of Internet users in primary and secondary school age groups has reached about 20%of the total number of Internet users.All these show that the popularity of mobile phones in our campus is increasing,especially the mobile phone ownership rate of urban middle school students has been at a high level.Looking at all kinds of problems existing in the use of mobile phones by middle school students,we can find that the lack of self-control of mobile phone use and the frequent contact with negative information in the use of mobile phones are the problems that often occur in the use of mobile phones by middle school students,which is also an important reason why various schools in China are constantly increasing the management of students' use of mobile phones.At present,some schools in our country adopt arbitrary ways to deal with the use of smart phones by middle school students.In order to avoid the influence of smart phones on students,some provisions are often implemented to prohibit students from bringing mobile phones into campus and classroom.However,this way has not achieved particularly good results.This paper investigates the situation of mobile phone management in middle schools in Area C.On this basis,it analyses the mobile phone management system from teachers' and students' perspectives respectively.The results show that teachers'understanding of mobile phone management system is more based on their own teaching experience and inertia understanding.of school-related systems,and from students' perspective,because of the school.The proportion of learning exchanges in mobile phones is much smaller than that in non-learning exchanges,which occupies the main proportion of students' learning exchanges.Based on the comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward some strategies suitable for middle school students' mobile phone management in China,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions from the government level,school level,family level and students' individual]evel respectively.At the government level,it is necessary for government departments to continuously strengthen the supervision of the smart phone market,establish and improve a multifaceted cooperation mechanism,guide students to form a healthy awareness of mobile phone applications,and give full play to the role of government in guiding and supervising the use of mobile phones by middle school students.From the school level,it is not only necessary to further strengthen the demonstration and leading role of teachers,but also on the basis of giving full play to the means of information technology,to further improve the management system of middle school students' mobile phones and the psychological dredging system of students implemented by the school,so as to form a linkage mechanism between teachers,parents and students,and eventually to build a blocking-to-sparse and intelligent learning atmosphere.From the family level,in daily family education,we should form a rational understanding of mobile phones,correctly guide and help students to make rational use of' smart phones,and help middle school students to set up lofty ideals.At the level of students,we should constantly strengthen the cultivation and formation of self-control ability,so as to establish healthy physical and mental and behavioral habits.
