Under the constant development of society,people began to pursue high-quality lifestyles,and the awareness of fitness is also increasing.Traditional sports programs have been unable to meet the needs of people to exercise and lose weight.The new type of fitness weight loss has gradually attracted people's attention.As a practical and easy to learn sport,fighting sports has been accepted by more and more consumers in the weight loss market.Fighting sports are fun and interesting,allowing athletes to fully engage and actively adhere to sports.There are relatively few experimental studies on weight loss through combat training as a means of intervention.In this paper,we will use experimental methods to study the effects of fighting sports on body fat components of obese women,and intervene in obesity women's body indicators through combat training.Methods: Sixty subjects were randomized into three groups: experimental group(n=20),control group 1(n=20),and control group 2(n=20)for three stages for a total of 12 weeks.Exercise intervention,in which the experimental group used the fighting exercise for exercise intervention,the control group 1 was treated with medium-low intensity traditional exercise,and the control group 2 did not exercise intervention.The experimental group used the combat action to train 30 groups of high-intensity combat action groups,each group was intermittent for 2 minutes.Subject's body fat percentage(Fat%)was measured before and after the experiment;waist circumference;body weight;waist-to-hip ratio(WHR).Results: In the experimental group,the effect of fat reduction and fitness shaping was significantly better than that of the control group 1?group2.After the fighting exercise,the data of the experimental group changed significantly;there were significant differences in waist circumference,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio(P<0.01).There was no difference in the contrast between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment.There was no significant change in the shape of the experimental group before and after the experiment.There was no significant difference in waist circumference,body fat percentage and waist-to-hip ratio(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in waist circumference,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio and BMI between the two groups before and after the intervention(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.Fighting sports have a great effect on female fat loss and fitness shaping.2.The effect of fighting sports in reducing fat and shaping is more effective than traditional sports.
