Objective: Based on the metabolic Law of energy substances in the body,through scientific exercise training and monitoring means and reasonable dietary nutrition program,obese female young people are artificially simulated in the plateau environment weight loss exercise,to help obese people successfully lose weight,and then explore the principle and method of artificial simulation of exercise weight loss in plateau environment,To provide reference advice for the development of scientific hypoxic exercise weight loss prescriptions.Methods: 10 obese young women who volunteered to lose weight in Changchun,Jilin Province,were analyzed and studied on the characteristics of exercise weight loss under artificial simulated plateau environment.Through the study of body function test and training monitoring,the body fat metabolism interval,training scheme,dietary nutrition,body shape before and after training,body composition and other indexes were analyzed respectively.Results: After 10 weeks of artificial simulated weight loss exercise in the plateau environment,the average weight of 10 obese persons was from the pre-weight(91.7±5.2)kg to the end of(75.7±5.4)kg,and the body composition also changed to varying degrees,in which fat was caused by weight loss before(37.4± 2.4)kg to the end(22.3±3.2)kg;the percentage of body fat decreased significantly,with very significant differences(p<0.01);Water and protein also showed a slight decrease before and after weight loss,There was a significant difference(p<0.05);however,there was no decline in lean weight,from the beginning(54.3±2.3)kg to the weight loss(53.4±1.8)kg,there was no significant difference in heterogeneity(p>0.05).At the same time,after 10 weeks of artificial simulation of the plateau environment exercise weight loss,in each stage of the body function test performance also shows that the obese person's body function has been improved to a certain extent.Conclusion: The study of exercise weight loss in obese female youth under artificial simulated plateau environment should first analyze the individual lactic acid threshold and ventilator,find the suitable exercise intensity interval of fat energy supply,then arrange the training content reasonably according to the suitable exercise intensity,combine the training monitoring principle,promote fat metabolism,prevent sports fatigue,Finally,the scientific dietary nutrition supplement,so that the body energy intake and consumption to maintain a negative balance.By comparing the changes in body composition and body morphology of obese persons before and after weight loss,it is explained that the application of hypoxic exercise weight loss can provide a scientific way for obese persons to lose weight.
