| With the rapid development of market economy,the continuous improvement of the industrial structure,it is closely linked with the regional economic construction,for the social and economic construction to cultivate all aspects of the technology applied talents,to promote the development of regional economy to promote science and technology into productivity.As an instructor in the employment of students in XH,I am deeply aware of the importance of employment to students' life and a family.The contradiction between labor shortage and student employment is becoming more and more prominent,which is an important factor that directly influences education development in higher vocational colleges.Contradiction in this study as the guidance,XH,for example,through a large number of documents study,analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational school education XH,and XH higher vocational school students employment status,on the basis of the established subject related to all kinds of questionnaire,a total of recycling all kinds of more than 200 questionnaires survey,investigate and analyses the factors that affect employment in higher vocational colleges and its existing problems.Based on the questionnaire,this study analyzed the results of the survey and analyzed the various factors that influenced the employment rate of students in XH vocational school.In this paper,the author puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to improve the employment rate of students in XH higher vocational schools.The innovation of this study lies in combining XH many-side students employment related survey,according to the employment of students employment fields of aviation and influencing factors of research,analysis summed up the factors that influence the XH students employment and needle study how to improve the employment rate.It provides a reliable reference value for the similar problems of the local brothers and universities in higher vocational colleges. |
