As the state pays more and more attention to vocational education,employers 'demands on workers are getting higher and higher,and the quality of teaching is increasingly valued by secondary vocational schools.The fundamental of teaching quality lies in the classroom teaching of teachers.As one of the important means of teaching quality evaluation,student evaluation plays an important role in teacher evaluation.However,the actual situation of middle school students 'evaluation is not satisfactory,so it is very important to study its rationality.On the basis of reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign student evaluation theories,this paper uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to study.Through the investigation and study of a secondary school,the questionnaire is designed from four aspects: the subject of student evaluation,the basis of evaluation,the program of evaluation and teaching,and the results of evaluation.It mainly includes: Improvement of validity: strengthen the evaluation of teaching indicators on the actual performance of teaching;Multiple participation: committed to multi-subject interaction,building a reasonable evaluation program;Meaningful consultation: both teachers and students actively participate in the evaluation and teaching,and continuously optimize the teaching process;Each other's achievements: multiple interaction between schools and teachers and students,reasonable feedback and use of evaluation results.This study can enhance the understanding of the subject of evaluation and education,understand the evaluation and teaching procedures,and provide a reference basis for secondary vocational schools to give full play to the positive promotion role of students 'evaluation and teaching in teaching,and can more effectively use the evaluation results.The purpose of improving teaching quality and optimizing teaching management is to make the teaching evaluation work more reasonable.
