With the passage of time,In the last century,after the founding of the People's Republic of China,the peak population born has gradually entered the old age,coupled with the improvement of national medical level,the extension of life expectancy,the aging trend is becoming more and more intense,which will cause many elderly problems,and the increasing number of disabled elderly people has become a major problem in today's society.While the number of disabled elderly people is growing,the care of the disabled elderly people has also become an important problem.For the disabled elderly in rural areas,home care is still the main pension mode,and family members have become the main force to care for the disabled elderly.However,due to the physical particularity of physical,psychological and physical disabled elderly,family caregivers will encounter various problems and multiple pressures in the process of taking care of the elderly.The more disadvantage is that because other family members have to afford more support for their children to school,Physical burden and psychological pressure of family caregivers will only increase.Therefore,it is very necessary and very important for all sectors of society to support and help such special groups as family caregivers.However,the reality is that family caregivers' social support is limited,and there is not a complete set of sound support system,which is related to their lack of social support network resources and their low ability to use the surrounding resources.Based on this,helping the family caregivers of the disabled elderly to build a social support network becomes the key to solve the problem.The stronger the social support network owned by family caregivers,the better they are to address the challenges of care.The author will xi 'an Chang' an district S village family caregivers as the service object,in order to alleviate the pressure of family caregivers,to provide them with more favorable social support,this research using literature,interview method,and observation form,social support theory,social system theory as a theoretical basis,in the analysis of disabled family caregivers social support and social support network problems,on the basis of using social work professional technical intervention,to help disabled elderly family caregivers construct social support network And to reflect on the defects and deficiencies of social work professional methods in the practical process.
