| With the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization,the number of floating population has soared,and a large number of migrant children have flooded into cities,and the number has continued to rise.However,migrant children have come to the city but face many problems and have received extensive attention from all walks of life.The academic research on migrant children has increased year by year,mainly focusing on the social integration of migrant children,education issues,and psychological development issues,The author discovered that there are many needs for migrant children during the internship of the A institution.Based on this,the author has carried out related research.This paper takes Shanghai A social work organization as the research base and takes the children of institutional service objects as samples.Data were collected through participatory observations,interviews,etc,and qualitative research methods were used to analyze the current situation of migrant children’s family education and social support This study takes the perspective of social support as the theoretical basis,and uses group,case,and community work methods to intervene in migrant children’s services,and explores the effectiveness of social workers’ services to meet the needs of migrant children.The study found that there are four main needs for migrant children.The main contents include:meeting academic counseling,obtaining social support,improving family education,and increasing community participation.Among them,the group approach is used to intervene the social support of migrant children,strengthen family support,increase peer-to-peer mutual assistance,and enhance community sense of belonging;use casework methods to help migrant children emphasize family education,improve family learning environment,and transform family education.Ways,create a warm parent-child interaction atmosphere;use community work methods to encourage migrant children to participate in community activities,interact with community residents,and increase community ownership.Social workers provide various services with the aim of helping migrant children to build a social support system involving multi-subject participation and internal and external coordination and interaction,and to improve the current situation of inadequate social support for migrant children.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the after-school counseling services for migrant children provided by the A institution.The intervention of social work meets the needs of migrant children to a certain extent and achieves certain results.First,the family education of migrant children has been improved,family functions have been strengthened,and the family learning environment has changed.Secondly,the social support sources of migrant children have actually increased.Again,social workers have helped migrant children to build a platform for interactive communication with the community.The enthusiasm of migrant children to participate in community activities,community support;Finally,help migrant children to establish a multi,participatory social support system.In the research process,the author has the following reflections:social work service intervention should be demand-oriented,give full play to professional advantages,integrate all resources,and solve problems practically;social workers should focus on positioning,improve practical ability,and use professional methods to achieve service optimization. |
