After more than ten years of new curriculum reform,it has been committed to the improvement of teaching quality and has provided a large number of advanced and new educational concepts for modern education.The concept of teaching is one of the most important concepts.The teaching ideas mainly refers to the people's perceptions and basic concepts of the inherent laws of teaching,and is an important factor that influences teachers' teaching behaviors.Studying teaching ideas and teaching behaviors help to clarify the teachers' own ideas and behaviors,promote the updating of teaching ideas and the transformation of teaching behaviors,and then improve the professional level of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.This study mainly uses questionnaire survey method.The 486 ordinary high schools from 11 cities in Shanxi Province were ranked in descending order of the number of students.By equidistant sampling,1282 teachdrs were selected from 48 high school.This paper mainly study on the following two aspects: the behaviors including teachers' teaching design,teaching environment,classroom teaching,and teaching reflections and the ideas on teachers' teaching concepts,teachers' views,students' views,and learning concepts.And then the writer explored the relationship between the teaching ideas and teaching behaviors of ordinary high school teachers under the background of new curriculum reforms in order to provide a reference for the teacher's teaching ideas updating and the transformation of teaching behaviors.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There are differences between the teaching concepts and behaviors of ordinary high school teachers: The teaching ideas and teaching behavior tendencies of teachers in 11 citys in Shanxi province are consistent with the concept of the new curriculum.The teaching conceptsof the three cities of Linyi,Yuncheng,and Jinzhong are higher than those of the other eight cities.Jincheng teachers' teaching behavior is not consistent with their ideas;female teachers' teaching ideas and behaviors are slightly better than male teachers;teachers with 5 years' teaching age have better student outlooks than teachers with long teaching ages,and teachers with more than 6 years' teaching age have better ability in teaching design and classroom teaching behaviors than those teachers under 6 years' teaching age;with level 2 of secondary education,teachers' teaching concepts and instructional design behaviors are more consistent with the new curriculum concepts than those of other professional ranks;the teacher in the class with 21-40 students have more reasonable student outlooks;the teaching reflection behavior of private school teachers is better than the reflection behavior of public school teachers.2.The teaching ideas and behaviors of ordinary senior high school teachers are basically the same as the new curriculum concepts,but there are still some contradictions: Firstly,the contradictions between the old and new concepts lie in the understanding of teaching content,the understanding of teachers' professional values,learning styles,and understanding of student characteristics.etc.Secondly,the contradiction in the transformation of teaching behaviors,some behaviors do not conform to the concept of the new curriculumsuch as students' cognitive diagnosis,group learning,cooperative learning,differential teaching,and reflection work.Finally,the contradiction between ideas and behaviors in the concept of recognition of the subjectivity of student learning.Teachers' behaviors did not carry out a scientific diagnosis of the level of cognitive students and they advocate a variety way of learning methods,but the group cooperative learning and differential teaching behavior is not effective.3.The teaching ideas are not fully implemented in teaching behaviors.The teaching ideas have the greatest impact on teaching behaviors.There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' teaching ideas and teaching behavior,but the correlation coefficient is not high,and the teaching ideas is not fully implemented in teaching behavior.There is a significant positive correlation between the teaching ideas and the teaching behaviors.The teacher perception and teaching behavior are in low correlation.The learningideas and student outlooks have significant correlation with teaching behaviors.Different teaching ideas have different degrees of influence on different teaching behaviors.Among them,the teaching ideas have the greatest impact on teaching behaviors,followed by the views of teacher,learning,and students.On this basis,this study mainly proposes some suggestions from the perspectives of education authorities,schools,and teachers: improve the content and form of teacher training and change the teaching evaluation mechanism;schools should provide teachers with opportunities and platforms for exchanging experience,cooperation,and mutual assistance;establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between front-line teachers,experts and scholars;teachers strengthen their reflection on their own teaching practice and carefully review their existing experiences.
