Problems And Measures Existing In The Supportive Policy Of Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship In Independent Secondary Colleges

In the rapid development of economic globalization and knowledge economy requires innovative entrepreneurial drive economic development,however,China's innovation ability is still a soft spot for the development of national economy,in recent years,China's economic development pattern is from "made in China" to "created in China",at the same time,the leadership core of the party central committee put forward by comrade xi "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" age,that have called on the country needs urgently to speed up the pace of the development of innovative undertaking.As an important part of education,independent secondary colleges in China play an important role in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.The supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for students in independent secondary colleges in China has made some remarkable achievements,but there are still many problems and deficiencies.Taking zhangjiajie jishou university college as an example,enumerates the college students in innovative undertaking now,achievements of the construction of the supportive policy,this paper expounds the problems existing in the supportive policy of a series of and analyzes the reasons,on this basis,this paper also provides some solutions,in order to help college students' innovative entrepreneurship supportive policy construction,and for the independent secondary colleges in our country the construction of students' innovative entrepreneurship supportive policy to provide some practical ideas.This paper mainly expounds some core concepts and theoretical basis,such as the definition of innovation and entrepreneurship,independent secondary colleges and characteristics,and the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship supportive policy,and elaborates some relevant theories such as public decision-making theory,new public management theory,policy tool theory and so on.In addition,an empirical study was conducted on the supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for students from zhangjiajie college of jishou university.This paper expounds the current situation and characteristics of the supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.By summarizing the construction of the supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for high and new students in other countries,this paper lists and compares the supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for students in developed countries such as the United States,Britain and Japan,and analyzes the experience and inspiration of the supportive policy of innovation and entrepreneurship for students in developed countries.Finally,it puts forward some optimization countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the comparison of the supportive policy of student innovation and entrepreneurship in other countries and the analysis and investigation of the problems in the supportive policy of student innovation and entrepreneurship in zhangjiajie college of jishou university in China,it puts forward some solutions and theoretical ideas.
