Research On National Physique Data Managent And Fitness Guidance Platform Based On Cloud

With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people's quality of life,the health of the national physique has attracted more and more country's attention.In the context of "Internet +",how to make full use of the cloud technology to establish a functional and comprehensive service-oriented national physique data management and fitness guidance platform what has far-reaching research value and significance.In this paper,the studied national physique data management and fitness guidance platform based on cloud includes modules such as the physical data management and analysis system,background management website and WeChat management system based on cloud.It has the ability to recommend the personalized exercise prescriptions and provide two forms of interaction with the cloud platform,such as Web browsers and WeChat.It can help users to detect changes in their health level in time,so as to improve their health status early.As the traditional exercise prescriptions aren't good enough to meet the needs of the users with multiple complex diseases.In this paper,a personalized exercise prescription recommendation model is established.By integrating the personalized exercise prescription rule model with the personalized exercise prescription history case model,the recommendation model can realizes the recommendation process for the personalized exercise prescriptions for the user with single disease or multiple complex diseases.The physical data management and analysis system mainly realizes the functions of data collection,storage,management,analysis and uploading of the user's basic data and physical fitness test data,more exactly,it can realize the statistical analysis and display of the user's basic information,physical fitness test data,physical fitness test evaluation results,physical fitness test report,and also realize the function of starting the exercise prescription of the user's application.The background management website mainly realizes the functions such as the management of the user,the management of health file,the management and comprehensive statistics of fitness program.After the user has applied to start the exercise prescription,the cloud platform will recommend the exercise prescription to the user through the personalized exercise prescription algorithm model.The administrator user or expert can modify,review and issue the exercise prescription on the background management website,so as to form an interaction consistently.The WeChat management system based on cloud mainly realizes the query functions of the user on the WeChat side,such as the basic information,physical test data and evaluation,and exercise prescription,so as to achieve the consistent effects of the user's experience.Finally,an experimental test of the platform was conducted in this paper.The results of test showed that this platform was easily to use and has achieved better service results,and the proposed personalized exercise prescription recommendation model has better accuracy and pertinence.
