Research On The Development Strategy Of Talent Market Construction Project In ZBRC Central Park

Human resource service industry is a sunrise industry in China.The country has listed it as one of the twelve key development categories of productive service industry,which is equally important with finance,insurance,transportation logistics and business services.This change of industrial status fully reflects the vision of the national leadership.The national level is very optimistic about the market development of human resources services,and also focuses on supporting the rapid development of the industry.The six provinces in central China are the "backbone" areas of our country.The rise of the six provinces shoulders the responsibility of the State Council.However,they are the major provinces that export talents throughout the country.At the end of 2016,the State Council,on the basis of full investigation of the central region,promulgated the "13th Five-Year plan" to promote the rise of the central region.It is committed to rapidly improving the economic rise in the central region,promoting the "one belt and one road" construction,and pushing the overall strength and competitiveness of the central region to a new level.Under this background,the talent market development strategy of the Central Park studied in this paper has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the construction of talent market in ZBRC Central Park as an example to help ZBRC to make a good strategic layout and arrangement in the current fierce competition environment,and then to occupy a place in the market competition.This paper first discusses the basic concepts involved in the study,and systematically studies the relevant research theories(human capital theory,competitive strategy theory,strategic management theory and regional economic theory).Subsequently,this paper analyzed the internal and external environment of the talent market construction project in the Central Park,and combined with SWOT matrix analysis,determined the most suitable development strategy for the talent market construction project in the Central Park of ZBRC Company.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of ZBRC's talent market construction project in the central park: adjusting the responsibilities of organizations and departments;improving rules and regulations;improving the salary and incentive system;improving the human resources system;and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.
