If the past is the age of knowledge,then the future will be the age of wisdom and experience,and the spirit of innovation and creative thinking have become the inevitable requirements of the development of the new era.As the first station of talent training,basic education is shouldering a great mission.As the main position of training primary and middle school teachers,the teaching quality of local normal colleges directly affects the teaching ability and professional accomplishment of normal college students after graduation.Therefore,in order to train qualified primary and secondary school teachers in the future,combining with the professional development needs of primary and secondary school teachers in the new era,this paper analyzes the present situation of classroom teaching in local teachers' colleges and universities in China and the problems existing in the process of training future primary and secondary school teachers.It is especially necessary to put forward some feasible suggestions.Based on the needs of teachers' professional development in primary and secondary schools,this paper investigates 5139 students and 1254 teachers in 8 local normal colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,and makes a questionnaire survey on the present situation and problems of classroom teaching in local normal colleges and universities.Through research and analysis the questionnaire,summarized the present situation of classroom teaching in local normal universities as follows: First,the teacher's teaching idea is relatively vague;Second,the teaching content is still based on the knowledge points of the textbook;Third,the teachingmethod mainly adopts lecture based learning;Fourth,the teaching aids mainly depended on the PPT;Fifth,teachers' evaluation about students' learning is mainly based on attendance,homework and final exam results.The students' satisfaction with teacher's classroom teaching is not influenced by gender,but it is related to grade,professional cognition,subject category and career ideal,and the difference is significant among them.The highest degree of students' satisfaction are the teacher's teaching attitude and course objective,and the lowest satisfaction is the choice of teachers' teaching methods and the interaction between teachers and students.The quality of classroom teaching in local normal colleges is directly related to the training quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future.In order to train qualified teachers in order to meet the needs of the society,the classroom teaching reform in local normal colleges is urgent.Through the interviews with teachers and students in depth,and combined with the existing research,I think that teachers should update teaching ideas,reconstruct teaching content,activate teaching method,use teaching aids reasonably and adjust the assessment indicators to students' learning;Teachers should conduct teaching according to the psychological characteristics and learning needs of students in different grades;Students in different disciplines should be treated differently when teaching;Help students to establish a clear career ideal;Enhance students' major recognition.
