Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Physical Education Environment In The Teaching Practice School Of Education Professional Training School

As a characteristic mode of education practice in higher normal school,the practice of teaching at the top post is formed in the process of continuous exploration and perfection.The internship started in 2007,and it has been more than ten years.Although remarkable achievements have been made,some problems have been highlighted.Research purposes: based on the field survey of practice teaching in the school sports teaching environment,according to the current situation of sports teaching environment,analyze the to improve the effect of physical education teaching ability,teaching intern to find them in our school teaching practice of the existing deficiency,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Research methods: this study through the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis and other research methods,sports of sports education professional field practice teaching in the school sports teaching environment present situation investigation and study,and through the Pearson correlation analysis to explore the physical education teaching environment and the teaching ability to improve the relationship between the interns.Conclusion: our last three batch of field practice teaching in the school sports teaching environment from the point of the physical environment,there are single classroom types,number of teaching equipment,and such problems as inadequate maintenance.From the point of social psychological environment,teaching practice school sports tradition and culture as a whole is not good,mainly reflected in the lesson hold frequency is low,not even,games and other campus sports activities to carry out the poor,the school for the training of students extracurricular sports activities and interests seriously enough,did not attach enough importance to physical education,management and supervision does not reach the designated position,such problems as lack of teachers.The physical education environment of the teaching practice school and the improvement of physical education ability of interns are positively correlated with each other.Nearly three batch of shanxi normal university sports education specialized most interns in the process of practice is not conducive to their teaching skills,only 33.17% of interns in practice teaching in the school sports teaching environment to develop physical education teaching ability.Suggestion: teaching practice school should pay attention to the improvement of the school sports teaching environment,rich the kinds of physical teaching facilities,increase the number of sports teaching equipment,and daily teaching venues and equipment to do maintenance in time,improve the system of school physical education,strengthen supervision,improve the degree of attention to the sports school.Interns before choosing practice school should make full of their sports teaching ability assessment,find out the need to strengthen and improve the ability of physical education teaching,at the same time,it should be much to learn about alternative practice teaching in the school sports teaching environment,according to their own need to improve the teaching ability of the choice of targeted practice school.The school should take into consideration the physical education environment factor of the alternative teaching practice school and assign the interns of different needs to the students when they appoint the sports education professional interns.
