With the rapid development of the society and information technology, the human society of 21st century has entered the information age. The information society has more and more requirements in the ability and quality of people and educational informatization is the inevitable trend of the information age. The development of educational informationization and the rich teaching media provide a favorable teaching conditions and teaching environment to carry out a variety of teaching methods. The purpose of research teaching is to change the way of learning, to stimulate the interests and initiatives of students in learning, to inspire students to think actively, and to guide students to apply their knowledge, so as to develop the problem-solving skills, learning ability and practical ability of students. Therefore, research teaching has gradually received great attentions in the process of education reform of our country, and has become an important teaching method. At the same time, the ability of educational technology is the indispensable skill of modern teachers, and the ability of teachers' modern educational technology will directly affect the process of educational informationization and the cultivation of people with high-quality. As teachers of the future, the students in normal schools will play an important role in the education cause in the future.Taking the advantages of the interactive learning environment, this study has carried out research teaching practice in the course "Modern Educational Technology" and actively explored the effects of research teaching in changing teaching atmosphere and cultivating learning ability, modern educational concepts and abilities of modern educational technology of students in normal schools. It also has found out the problems in research teaching practice and has searched the solutions. Firstly, the paper summarized and discussed the contents and basic theories of research teaching, and then conducted a questionnaire survey of the course "modern educational technology" to the students who were learning the course in Central China Normal University, investigating the current teaching situations and effects of the course. On this basis, the author analyzed the contents of the course, designed the research teaching cases of the curriculum and implemented teaching practice. In the process of teaching practice, the author recorded and analyzed the process of teaching and behaviors of the teacher and learners. Finally, through the ways of case studies, questionnaires and reflective journals of learners and so on, the paper not only analyzed the effects of research teaching practice of the course in the interactive learning environment in the aspects such as learning ability, cooperation and communication skills and practical abilities, but also pointed out the problems in teaching practice and put forward the solutions and factors of influencing the research teaching.This study made use of the research methods such as literature study, live observation, survey and so on, and it reproduced the real classes of research teaching practice in the course "modern educational technology" in the interactive learning environment, and brought forward the solutions of problems and influencing factors in the research teaching practice. Therefore, it can provide experience and reference for the subsequent practice of research teaching methods and the change of teaching methods.
