"Flipped Classroom" is a subversion and breakthrough of traditional teaching methods and it is a new teaching mode that comprehensively introduces various Internet+modes and multime-diaplatforms.Practical writing is a writing mode with the widest range of use and the widest style.With the development of society,people communicate more and more frequently in their work and life.Therefore,the application probability of various kinds of applied texts,such as regulations,contracts,outlines,reading notes,meeting minutes and so on,is getting higher and higher.As an important education organization for cultivating interdisciplinary and practical talents,secondary vocational colleges should pay more attention to the teaching of practical writing and improve students' practical ability through the development of practical writing teaching.This paper combines the methods of documentation,questionnaire and observation,takes Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational and Technical College(Secondary Vocational and Technical School)as the research object,and takes the introduction of "Flipped Classroom" into the teaching of practical writing in secondary vocational colleges as an example.Furthermore,on the basis of expounding the necessity and feasibility of the application of flipped classroom in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of flipped classroom,including the convenience of teaching resources,the interactivity of teaching mechanism,the flexibility of teaching methods and the interest of the teaching process.In addition,detailed research is made on the implementation steps of the three stages of flipped classroom,preparation stage,classroom stage and feedback evaluation stage included.At last,practical application cases of "flipped-classroom" in the teaching of practi-cal writing in secondary vocational schools are analyzed,some original and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of flipped classroom have been put-forward.Firstly,students should be the axis and the main body of the flipped classroom should be clear.Secondly,resources should be the axis to achieve the integration of teaching resources.Thirdly,ways should be the axis to innovate the flipped teachingmode.Fourthly,teachers should be the axis to improve the ability of teachers to flip.It is believed that the practical promotion and implementation of these measures can promote the further development of the flipped classroom of practical writing teaching in secondary vocati-onal schools.
