"Education is the foundation, base, project, teacher-centered." How do teachers understand themselves, how to plan their careers, how to locate their own professional development, and how to seek new professional development is an important part of school management as well as schools key to development.Development of young teachers is the school's boosters and sustainable growth point as well as the need of quality education and implementation promoting of new curriculum reform. Young teachers in the school is the power source, without which the students couldn't achieve better development, nor of the schools.The growth rate of young teachers means the school's growth rate, the growth height of young teachers is the development height of high school, the training of young teachers is the priority of the school human resources, young teachers today is the future of the school. Therefore, the issue of young teachers' training should be greatly focused on, research on development problems in different countries attaches great importance to educational institutions. The aims of this essay is to find out the existing problems of young teachers training, from which comprehensive, multi-dimensional strategy will be provided. Therefore, this research project should first seek the guidance of theory, such as Marx and the environment on human development, motivation, and strengthen the relationship between the principle; psychologist Byrne·Lao Kelei thinks "people can learn to mimic other people's behavior"; multiple intelligence theory; achievement motivation theory; the theories of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the basis for the research. Through literature survey method, the main problems facing the economically developed Middle School young teachers in the school's status and role of team will be exposed and the main problems of the young teachers in the training process can be analyzed, only in this way can we take the rapid and effective promotion strategies to train young teachers and to promote the improvement of educational quality, as well as raising school connotations. Its objective is to seek economic development strategy of regional training young teachers and explore their rules in order to promote the development of young teachers, providing the practical guidance of construction and development for secondary school teachers at the current stage,with the aim of the effective promotion of young teachers to enhance the professional quality of the research value and providing workable and reasonable proposal from the system and personnel management level to resolve troubled young teachers in training.
