A Study On Application Of The Teaching Mode Of Learning Plan Guidance In Taekwondo Teaching Of Colleges And Universitiess

In the National Education Conference of 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the teaching task of university education in the new era: “higher education should cultivate people with all-round development of morality,intelligence and physique,national confidence and cultural confidence.” The traditional teaching mode is not suitable for cultivating the new talents demanded by socialism modernization;standing at the top of the pyramid of education system,university education is the last stage for the majority of people to accept school education and the final chance for the youth to accept the systematic physical education before entering society,thus carrying the important task of providing talents to the historic heavy task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,using modern information technology to develop and innovate teaching resources,enhance teaching attraction and explore a kind of teaching mode that is suitable for university students' physical and mental development and can cultivate students' interest in learning Taekwondo,improve Taekwondo skills and lay the foundation for lifelong sports is of far-reaching practical significance for Taekwondo education and teaching in colleges and universities.With the experimental study on the teaching mode of learning plan guidance in Taekwondo teaching of colleges and universities as the study object,literature review method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistic method and logical analysis method are applied in this paper to study the learning interests,positive mentalities,physical qualities and Taekwondo skills.The teaching mode of learning plan guidance is compared with the traditional teaching mode to make an in-depth exploration on the application of the teaching mode of learning plan guidance in Taekwondo teaching of colleges and universities,design and create Taekwondo teaching plans of colleges and universities and build the reasonable and effective system for the teaching mode of learning plan guidance for Taekwondo teaching of colleges and universities.The result of research shows :(1)The teaching model of the case study can improve the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode,optimize the classroom structure,improve the classroom efficiency,and promote the development of quality education.(2)The teaching method of teaching and learning in Taekwondo teaching mobilizes the subjective initiative of students' learning,enhances the learning interest and learning effect of Taekwondo,enhances the physical quality of students,and improves the positive psychological quality of students.(3)The teaching model of the study guide should pay attention to the core principles and innovation,inquiry,and basic principles of teaching students.(4)When writing a case,it should pay attention to the operability and execution of the case,control the difficulty of the content of the case,and grasp the difference between the case and the lesson.The implementation of the teaching mode of learning plan guidance in Taekwondo teaching of colleges and universities can provide reference for university Taekwondo teachers to carry out teaching reform,improve Taekwondo learning style of university students,offer new fields and directions for carrying out Taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities and provide reference and experimental support to the popularization of the teaching mode of learning plan guidance in Taekwondo courses of colleges and universities so as to comprehensively improve the teaching effect and quality of Taekwondo in colleges and universities.
