Research On Soft Environment Construction Of School Football In Primary And Secondary Schools

As the first sport in the world,football has been paid more and more attention by all countries,but compared with other developed countries in Europe,America,Japan and South Korea,football is not the home advantage of our country,the foundation is not strong is the main reason,campus football is the hope of Chinese football breakthrough,the profound connotation of football education has been gradually recognized.In 2009,"campus football" was launched in more than 2,000 schools in 44 cities throughout the country.Taiyuan City has become one of the first campus football pilot cities,but campus football started late,shortage of resources,imperfect system and a series of problems emerge in one after another,so the soft environment of campus football needs to be improved urgently.In this context,this paper will Taiyuan Primary and Middle School.The soft environment of campus football refers to the humanistic environment created by the school and the society,which runs through the whole campus football teaching,training and competition activities on the basis of the material environment.It is composed of three aspects: the construction of system culture,the construction of behavior culture and the construction of spiritual culture,which is influenced by five factors: policy,education,humanities,society and thought.It is found that the construction of soft environment in 12 football characteristic schools in Taiyuan lags behind,the allocation of funds in schools is not in place,and the source of funds is single;the implementation of relevant policies and systems is not in place,and there is no specific medium-and long-term goal of campus football;the propaganda activities of football for students are not paid enough attention to,and the training guarantee mechanism is lacking.Conclusion: in order to better promote the construction of soft environment of campus football in primary and secondary schools,Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward: changing the concept of education and teaching,bringing campus football into the quality education system,improving students' cultural literacy of campus football,giving full play to the role of organization and leadership,establishing a perfect system of campus football activities,actively carrying out campus footballactivities and competitions,making use of the advantages of sports environment in Taiyuan City,optimizing the allocation of soft environment resources,and making full use of the advantages of sports environment in Taiyuan City to optimize the allocation of soft environment resources.Cultivate excellent professional football teachers,provide talent support,change educational consciousness,expand football influence,strengthen the propaganda of campus football culture in various ways,establish the educational concept of "educating people with ball",and construct a good football cultural environment and atmosphere on campus.
