Happy sports originated in Japan.In the mid-1980 s,due to the reform and opening up,the idea of happy sports teaching was introduced into China and gradually influenced our school sports.Its main characteristics are to start with students' emotions,pursue deep psychological pleasure and sense of success,make students feel the joy of sports while learning and mastering sports skills,respect students' principal position,stimulate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm,and ultimately face lifelong sports.In view of the fact that our students' physique is declining and they are tired of physical education,its introduction has great significance for our physical education teaching.Physical education teachers are the direct practitioners of physical education activities.The first influencer of happy physical education teaching thoughts is physical education teachers.Physical education teachers' knowledge and practice of happy physical education directly affect the development of happy physical education.Teaching behavior is the specific teaching practice of physical education teachers.It is the life of classroom activities.The teaching behavior of physical education teachers directly determines the development effect of physical education classroom.Physical education in senior high school is a very important teaching stage for students' growth.It not only makes students get good physical exercise,but also makes students feel the pleasure of participating in physical education while improving their physical quality.Therefore,under the background of happy physical education,it is necessary to understand what changes have taken place in the teaching behavior of physical education teachers and the problems that have arisen,so as to correct the symptoms.Drug prescription is of great significance to the improvement of physical education teaching quality and the development of students.The teaching behavior of this study is mainly carried out from three aspects:teachers' pre-class preparation behavior,implementation behavior in the teaching process and after-class behavior.By using the methods of documentation,investigation and mathematical statistics,four high schools in Changchun City are randomly selected as the research objects.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the teachers and studentsin schools.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Senior high school physical education teachers have a good understanding of happy physical education,and the concept of happy physical education affects the teaching behavior of most teachers.The effect of happy sports is superficial and its development is hindered.2.In high school PE teachers' teaching preparation behavior,teachers' teaching motivation is generally optimistic.Teachers' lesson preparation is mainly collective but formal.Most of the teaching objectives can start from three-dimensional objectives,but in the process of implementation,the objectives are separated from reality.3.In the process of physical education,most teachers' explanations and demonstrations are reasonable.The guidance and practice methods are diversified,but the method content lacks innovation;The form of teaching organization is mainly class,and the form of class organization gradually develops to diversification.The interaction between teachers and students is good in teaching,but teachers and students lack real communication.4.PE teachers' summing-up methods and evaluation methods have gradually diversified after teaching.However,teachers' reflection angle tends to be single and their understanding of teaching reflection is not deep enough.
