The task of higher education is to cultivate high-quality,high-quality and innovative talents with high sense of social responsibility,excellent social competitiveness and creativity,and all-round development of personality and personality.The cultivation of talents should be realized through education and teaching activities.National ministry of education has promulgated the "national medium and long-term program for education reform and development,the education informatization development plan for 10 years,a series of important documents such as can be seen in the application of the education,the research of internal teaching quality monitoring system of institutions of higher learning,occupies more and more important position,is also our sports educators must attach much importance to the issue.Physical education in colleges and universities is not only the last step for students to enter the workplace,but also the formation of the law of students' sports training and the process of learning to exercise independently.The quality of physical education in colleges and universities is directly related to students' sports skill level and whether they can participate in sports activities normally to form a lifelong sports consciousness.The micro-course teaching mode of college basketball course is the impact and challenge to the original teaching mode.The micro-course teaching mode is novel,and it can visually learn the most standard technical actions by watching video,so that students can participate in the research process,give full play to the main role of students,stimulate students' learning interest,improve students' learning motivation,and achieve the goal of improving teaching quality.By carefully designing the micro-lesson teaching experiment and comparing the teaching effect of the experimental group and the control group,new ideas were provided for the application of micro-lesson in college physical education.In college basketball optional course,the micro-course teaching mode is adopted to improve the existing teaching environment,so as to improve the teaching level.Through the survey found that jilin industry professional technology institute "three-step"(prepare)at the end of part,the basic teaching mode,too old,students' learning interest is not high,the basketball techniques simply imitate the teacher and the class outstanding students,don't know the key to technology action,causing won't play basketball students of technical action get confused,will play basketball classmates improve by raising its own will,still class basketball technology overall improve much.The micro-course teaching mode is to make the students' consciousness produce standardized technical dynamic standards through the observation of teaching video,which is conducive to the students' learning of complete technical actions,and to improve the teaching effect.By means of literature review,expert interview and experiment,this paper selects 4parallel classes in the 18 grade public physical education class of jilin polytechnic university,among which A1 and A2 are the experimental class and B1 and B2 are the control class.During experimental classes of basketball teaching in the process of using the class video assisted learning,and that in comparative classes,the use of traditional normal teaching,cooperative learning and the experimental group students correct guidance,after a semester of teaching to students of the experimental group and the control group again to select indicators for the experimental teaching content test,to verify the application of the micro in public colleges and universities basketball class teaching effect.The conclusions of this experiment are as follows:1.With rich theoretical basis,micro-class,with teachers and students,students and teachers' cooperation as the basic motivation,and group activities as the basic teaching form,is a creative and effective teaching theory,which deserves our attention and research.2.Through the analysis of the characteristics of micro-lesson teaching,firstly,it is innovative in teaching concept,and it is operable in combination with basketball teaching.In the process of learning basketball skills,micro-lesson learning improves the motivation and learning effect of students' active learning.3.Before the experiment on two groups of students physical quality comparing and analyzing the three aspects of experimental classes and that in comparative classes of students physical quality of whole level,both on the strength of the muscles,or the body's ability to bounce,and the basic skills of basketball,there was no significantdifferences,including learning motivation level there is no difference.Therefore,it is enough to ensure the preliminary basic conditions of experimental teaching and lay a scientific basis and experimental basis for the following experimental teaching.4.Basketball teaching to improve the level of students' physical quality has obvious effect,and the application of micro lesson in the basketball teaching more effective to improve the effect of the basketball teaching,both in the physical quality,improve the overall level is still a increase of an individual's ability to bounce,as well as on the speed of the back and forth,through micro class intervention,the process of experimental classes of students body element level but also obvious increase,in order to further to explain the advantages of small class.5.After the experimental teaching of micro-class,the overall level of the students in the experimental class has been improved in the learning of basketball class.Both the stability and effectiveness of technology have been greatly improved.The role of micro class is particularly prominent,worthy of promotion and application.
