With the development of the times,the international competition is gradually evolved into the competition of education.The importance of education has been understood by more and more countries and individuals.In the era of knowledge economy led by education,the way of knowledge acquisition has also undergone qualitative changes.From the past "single","stereotyped" to the present "comprehensive" and "flexible",the implementation status of information technology application in teachers' daily work has become one of the hot spots that scholars and the public pay close attention to.Therefore,the main purposes of this study are as follows:Objective 1:To understand the current situation of primary school teachers in Yanji City at the level of information technology application ability development.Objective 2:To explore the relationship between primary school teachers' IT application ability and different career stages.Objective 3:To put forward beneficial suggestions for elementary school teachers to improve their ability to apply information technology.Through summarizing and analyzing the correlation between primary school teachers'information technology application ability and their career professional development stage,this paper tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures,which can supplement and enrich the theoretical system of teachers' information technology application theory in Yanji City,provide strong support for the cultivation and enhancement of primary school teachers' information technology application ability,and improve the information technology response of primary school X in Yanji City.This paper puts forward feasible schemes to improve teachers' information technology application ability with the current situation,and provides a way for practical development.In real life,teachers' inherent concept of information technology application should be changed to a certain extent,teachers' sustainable research on information technology application ability should be promoted,and the overall improvement of teachers' information technology application ability and the implementation of quality education in X Primary School of Yanji City should be promoted.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,interview,comparative and educational statistics to study the status quo and problems of primary school teachers' information technology application ability,the differences of teachers' information technology application ability in different professional development stages,and the influence of school environment and teachers' personal qualities on primary school teachers' information technology application ability.The technical application ability is deeply discussed.This study investigates the information technology application ability of X elementary school teachers,and takes the "Information Technology Application Ability Standard for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial Implementation)" promulgated by the Ministry of Education on May 27,2014 as the reference standard,together with reading the relevant books and periodicals of information technology application at home and abroad,to understand the research of various experts on information technology and teachers'professional development and to deeply understand information technology.Based on the concept of applied competence and the course of teachers' professional development,this paper investigates the situation of primary school teachers' information-based education on the spot,and makes the questionnaire of this paper.Through investigation,research,discussion and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Teachers' information technology application ability of X primary school in Yanji City is generally at the middle level.2.There are significant differences in teachers' IT application ability in different career development stages.3.The implementation effect of after-service training provided by the school is not satisfactory,and no incentive mechanism has been set up.Based on the findings of the survey,the following suggestions are given:1.Schools should optimize and improve the allocation of information software and hardware,increase the utilization rate of various equipment and give full play to its role.2.According to the difference of teachers' information technology application ability in different stages of development,schools provide stratified training to meet the different contents of teachers in different stages.3.The school strengthens the after-service training system,enhances the execution,enhances the importance of teachers' information technology application ability,strives for full participation,and integrates theory into practice.4.Increase the independent practice of information technology application ability among teachers to promote self-learning development...
