| China’s higher vocational education has successfully transformed from the scale expansion phase into the connotation construction phase,and its connotation construction is an important part of the connotation construction of the modern vocational education system.To really realize the connotation construction,we must have a high-quality teaching level,and the teacher’s teaching level often determines the quality of school teaching.Currently,the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers is generally not high enough to adapt to and support the development of higher vocational education and teaching.Higher vocational professional teachers,as an important part of higher vocational teachers,are in great need of the development stage of their teaching ability.Strive to provide theoretical guidance for the development of its teaching ability.The research on the development stage of teaching ability has certain practical significance for teachers,schools and education administration departments.This research has obvious innovations in research perspectives and research method than existing research.Taking the teacher’s concern stage theory as the research perspective,based on the analysis of related research,the author puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of the professional teacher’s teaching ability development stage,and then uses the classroom video analysis method to teach the teacher teaching video of the vocational teaching skill contest in a certain city.Analyze and analyze the research from the establishment of teaching objectives,the interaction between teachers and students,the processing and interpretation of teaching content,the grasp of teaching time,and the evaluation and feedback of teaching.At the end of,three different levels of teaching behaviors are drawn,which correspond to the different stages of teachers’ teaching ability development.On the one hand,the result of video analysis is the verification of theoretical assumptions in the development stage of the professional teaching ability of higher professional teachers,and also the typical teaching characteristics of teachers in each development stage.Finally,a three-stage model for the teaching ability development of higher vocational professional teachers was obtained.The three phases were teachercentered,curriculum-centered,and student-centered.It was found that these three stages were not simple linear models.At the same time,the results of this study also reflect that most of the teachers’ teaching ability in higher vocational colleges is still in the stage of teacher-centered and curriculum-centered.Few teachers can reach the student-centered stage. |
