In recent years,as the country has increasingly attached importance to secondary vocational education,the industry has been committed to continuing to promote the improvement of the secondary vocational education system.On September 20,2013,the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented "Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers(Trial)",which has provided comprehensive and systematic regulations for teachers' professional ethics,professional ethics,professional knowledge,and professional competence.This indicates that the teachers of secondary vocational schools have their own teaching ability assessment criteria and evaluation criteria,which is a historic milestone.However,because the "Professional Standard" is only used as a general guideline standard,there is still a certain distance for the evaluation of the teaching ability of specific professional teachers.In recent years,some professions in the vocational education sector have carried out research on the evaluation standards for teaching ability of professional teachers.However,in the accounting profession,this aspect of research is still a blank.Based on the above background,this article takes the teaching ability standard of accounting professional teachers in secondary vocational schools as the research object.Through literature research,case studies,questionnaire surveys,special interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper focuses on the characteristics of accounting disciplines and studies the correlation between domestic and foreign Literature,collecting and collating related theoretical basis,combining with the current basic principles related to national educational policies,laws and regulations and teaching activities,aiming at the practical problems existing in the professional teaching ability of professional accounting teachers in schools,and constructing a teaching ability standard system for secondary professional accounting teachers.In order to further test the rationality of the standard system,this paper conducts relatively comprehensive questionnaire surveys and relevant interviews for the secondary vocational accounting teachers,secondary vocational accounting students,and accounting practitioners.Through statistical analysis of questionnaire survey data,the standard system is further verified,screened,and optimized.The standards of teaching ability of secondary vocational accounting professional teachers constructed in this article include professional ethics,professional accounting,general teaching skills,industry contact ability,and knowledge theory literacy level 5 first-level indicators,and 31 second-level abilityindicators and 44 ability indicators..The significance of this study is that through the construction of the teaching ability standards of secondary vocational accounting professional teachers,the admittance system for secondary vocational accounting teachers can be clearly defined and improved,providing practical reference for the evaluation,management,and training of the secondary vocational accounting teachers.It encourages the lifelong development of vocational teachers in secondary vocational schools to improve the overall teaching ability of secondary vocational accounting teachers.
