International discussion of education reform is focus on improving the quality of education as the main driving force of promoting students' learning.Education informatization in China requires teachers to constantly improve the information technology(ICT)application ability,information technology application ability has become a must for teacher's professional ability in information society.Tablets as the education technology are the hot issues of primary and secondary schools,so studies on how to improve the primary and secondary school teachers'ability to apply tablets meet the trend of the development of ICT in our country,meet the trend of elementary education reform in our country,meet the needs of teachers' personal development.TPACK theory is the core results of current researches on teachers' ICT application ability.Research on teachers' tablets application ability in primary and secondary school under the perspective of TPACK is in line with the trend of academic research.On the basis of literature review,we use quantitative research and collect data in J middle school,S and Q primary school in Nanjing.We collect 22 questionnaires from different disciplines teachers and their teaching videos for case study.Researcher analyzes questionnaire data through Excel and spss17.0.Combined with the case study,the study found that:Based on literature review and research conclusion,researcher concludes that China's traditional "exam-oriented education" deeply rooted in thousands of years in the traditional education idea in teachers'mind,a new education technology reform must follow the principle of gradual.Teacher training must be based on requirements of the teachers' personal development,which means the training should be long-term;Updating the concept of technical skills and knowledge,at the same time,resource construction of information technology is the important guarantee of teachers to use new technology.Teachers should be encouraged to sharing resource between different disciplines,different schools;Again,we should promote teachers to think to change the way of teaching and with developing school-based curriculum we provide teachers a space of autonomy and creativity.Finally,the evaluation and incentive mechanism should keep pace with The Times,and school should encourage and motivate teachers who participate in the education reform.
