The standard of physics curriculum in general High school puts forward that high school physics course aims to further enhance students ' core accomplishment,lay the foundation for Students ' lifelong development,and promote the inheritance of human science and the development of society.Whether from the development and innovation of science and technology or from the gold content of knowledge,physics is a very important subject.However,many students who have entered senior high school think that senior high school physics is a difficult subject to learn,including many junior high school students who have excelled in high school also think that physics is difficult,affecting their confidence and interest in physics,resulting in poorer physics learning performance,thinking that they are not suitable for learning physics.The content of senior high school is an important ladder for the transition of physics curricilum in junior and senior high school,which has higher requirements for students ' logical thinking and modeling thinking,and is a big challenge for students after they enter senior high school.Although the task of physics learning is arduous,the author believes that through the continuous guidance and encouragement of our teachers in the teaching process,and helping students find efficient physical learning methods,the phenomenon of physical learning difficulties can be effectively improved.On the basis of educational theory and research literature on learning difficulties,the author conducts in-depth research on the students with learning difficulties in Grade One of senior high school physics,some domestic and foreign literature on learning difficulties in recent years,clarifies the research ideas and directions,and combines constructivism theory,mastery of learning theory and metacognitive theory with the actual characteristics of senior high school physics.This paper provides the theoretical basis of education and defines the difficulties of physics learning in this study.From the point of view of students' factors and teaching factors,an objective questionnaire survey is conducted on students' learning ability,learning methods,learning motivation and favorite teaching methods.Combining with the results of questionnaire survey and educational theory,this paper analyzes the causes of physical learning difficulties from the aspects of physical knowledge connection in junior high school,learning ability of junior high school students,learning psychology,learning motivation and initiative,gender factors and teaching methods.This paper analyses the causes of physics learning difficulties from the aspects of learning ability,learning psychology,learning motivation and initiative,gender factors and teaching methods,and puts forward corresponding strategies for transforming the causes of physics learning difficulties by combining theory with educational practice.the author summarizes that teachers should establish students ' confidence in physics learnimg,cultivate students ' interest in learning physics,do a good job in the transition of physics knowledge in junior and senior high school,and pay attention to the close connection between physics and life in the course of teaching,take classroom teaching as the core,and Individual counseling as a supplement cultivate students ' physics learning ability.Teacher summarize the physical difficulties in class,strengthen the variable practice after class,put the knowledge points before and after the study,construct a complete physical knowledge system,encourage students to actively participate in classroom discussion,physics experiment activities,so that students learn to take the initiative to acquire knowledge,improve students ' sense of participation and self-efficacy,and then improve physical performance.
