Under the background of the new crown epidemic, the traditional classroom teaching has been greatly impacted, online learning has become the first choice of suspension without suspension, and online learning is also a supplement to traditional teaching and learning.Students’ learning adaptability in the network environment will affect their online learning effect and learning quality. Some studies have found that higher vocational students will have poor learning adaptability in the process of online learning, but most scholars have not made in-depth research and analysis on the specific causes of poor learning adaptability. Therefore, this study takes higher vocational college students as the exploration object, constructs the hypothesis model of influencing factors of online learning adaptability during the epidemic period, verifies the hypothesis model through empirical research and analyzes the relationship between various influencing factors and learning adaptability, summarizes the causes of poor online learning adaptability, and puts forward intervention strategies to improve higher vocational college students’ online learning adaptability. This study uses literature research method, through combing the previous literature on online learning adaptability factors, combined with the characteristics of online learning during the epidemic period,to determine the online learning adaptability factors of higher vocational students during the epidemic period, mainly from the internal factors and external factors to explore. The internal factors include learners’ learning attitude, learning motivation, learning self-efficacy and mental health. The external factors include teachers’ teaching, network teaching platform, course information quality and learning environment.According to the relationship between the influencing factors, based on the socialist learning theory, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis, and initially constructs the influencing factors hypothesis model.Through the preparation and collection of questionnaires, using statistical analysis method to analyze whether the hypothesis of each influencing factor is established, test and modify the preliminary model. The study found that learning attitude, learning motivation, learning self-efficacy,teachers’ teaching, network teaching platform, course information quality and learning environment have a significant positive impact on the learning adaptability of higher vocational students during the epidemic period, and the influencing factors also have a direct or indirect impact on the online learning adaptability.Taken as a whole,The sequence of the effect values from high to low is: network teaching platform(0.412),learning environment(0.334),learning attitude(0.277),course information quality(0.246),learning attitude(0.210),teacher teaching(0.190),study motivation(0.189)and study self-efficacy(0.168).Through the collation and analysis of the questionnaire survey results and interview data, this paper summarizes the specific causes of poor online learning adaptability of higher vocational students during the epidemic period, which mainly include the internal and external factors of learners. The internal factors include students’ low interest in learning, utilitarian learning motivation and weak awareness of autonomous learning, while the external factors include the lack of teachers’ teaching experience and learning feedback, the imperfect function of network platform, the low quality of curriculum information and poor learning environment.Based on the above findings, this paper tries to put forward the corresponding intervention strategies from the student level, teacher level, school level and learning environment level,to provide a theoretical basis for higher vocational colleges to better carry out online learning and cultivate their lifelong learning ability.
