Internal Quality Assurance System In Higher Vocational Colleges Practice Research

With the change of China's higher education itself,and that of relationship between Higher Vocational Colleges and society,there emerges the notion of internal quality assurance as a new set of ideas and methods about the quality management.The expansion of Higher Vocational Colleges and its effect and the reformation Higher Vocational Colleges education management system and the authorities have also repeatedly demanded the establishment of a system to assure the quality.In such a case,various Higher Vocational Colleges began to explore the models of the establishment of the internal quality assurance system.In this study,the construction process of the internal quality assurance system of Yunnan Cultural and Art Vocational College was tracked and observed.From October 2015 to November 2016,the track record was conducted in the College Quality Assurance Office.As both an observer and a participant,the author has witnessed various types of quality assurance activities such as mobilization meetings,regular meetings,special inspection,out-of-school research,study and training,which are organized by the college to promote the system,and analyzed the speeches delivered by the college leaders,Class red head documents and various types of text files in the process of building the system.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current internal quality assurance in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country,such as the short history of development,and still in the stage of connotation construction,Taking Yunnan Vocational College of Culture and Art as a case study,and analysis of the reasons for the Institute to start the construction of the system,the specific process of building the system and build the framework of the system is how to operate under the dynamic mechanism.Finally,the paper discusses the main problems and directions in the construction of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.This study is based on the study of the relevant research.The research material is obtained through the practice by the form of tracking and observation to truly show the dynamic process of building the system,which can provide a more rich material for the internal quality assurance system,and provide the effective recommendations and reference program for other vocational colleges within the quality assurance system to build.
