| With the continuous development of China as a manufacturing power,the country has higher and higher requirements for highly skilled talents,who not only know professional theoretical knowledge,but also have higher requirements for practical ability.School-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in the cultivation of highly skilled talents.The school-enterprise cooperation is mainly carried out through various modes.How to better promote the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in a deeper and more sustainable way is a problem worth studying.However,there are still some problems in the school-enterprise cooperation mode of vocational colleges,such as the weakening of government dominance,the lack of government guidance and the local government’s targeted guidance.The school-enterprise cooperation mode is just a formality,and many school-enterprise cooperation modes have formality cooperation,but lack of in-depth cooperation.The school management is insufficient,the school lacks the cooperation mode and process of the school and enterprise as well as the follow-up contact,and the teachers need to be strengthened.The choice of school-enterprise cooperation mode is a little narrow,and the distribution of optional modes is uneven.Based on vocational education theory of Dewey,stakeholder theory and innovation triple helix theory,this paper deeply understands the current situation of the school-enterprise cooperation model of higher vocational colleges through the actual investigation of the school-enterprise cooperation model of X College in Jiangxi Province,specific interview analysis and questionnaire survey.Summing up the successful experience of the school in the school-enterprise cooperation model and finding the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation model,and analyzing the advantages of foreign school-enterprise cooperation model,combining with local characteristics,putting forward the school-enterprise cooperation model from the four aspects of government,school,enterprise and model innovation.Government macro-control and guiding role,formulate relevant laws and regulations,promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises;Give full play to the leading role of higher vocational colleges in school-enterprise cooperation,set up special management agencies,strengthen student management,strengthen teacher training,improve teacher recruitment system;The enterprise establishes the correct school-enterprise cooperation consciousness,the enterprise strengthens the social responsibility,takes the initiative to undertake the social responsibility;Innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and establish a scientific evaluation system and supervision system. |
