With the advent of a new century, under the greatly emphasis and vigorously promotion of the CPC Central Committee and State Council, vocational education must serve the needs of socialist modernization, be integrated with productive labor, and actively explore and accumulate a lot of experience. School-enterprise cooperation has taken a variety of ways, formed "work-integrated learning" and "post practice" model of cultivating talents, walking out of Chinese-characteristics vocational education development way. On the basis of practice of domestic school-enterprise cooperation and through discussing and researching the related domestic and abroad research result, the paper, taking Sichuan Business Vocational College (SBVC) for example, utilizes relevant theories and research methods to focus on the situation of talent training, scientific research and social service of business vocational colleges, puts forward the existing problems, and finds the methods of improving teaching quality and advancing employment level.
