Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee in 2006 made the decision to build great social work professionals team, the training of social work professionals has been formally incorporated into the top design of the country in China. As the main export of professional talent education, social work institutions carrying the mission of professionalization and professionalization also ushered in greater development. After experiencing the exploratory development of government-run social work organizations and University teachers-run social work organizations,a large number of private grass-roots social work organizations began to emerge. However, under the background that the government has not yet formed an effective mechanism for purchasing services and the social recognition of social work needs to be improved, the survival and development of private grass-roots social work organizations are gradually attracting widespread attention in the academic circles behind the seemingly prosperous and flourishing.Theoretically speaking,as a new form of organization, social work organizations originate from the needs of service objects. At the same time, the needs of service objects are also the starting point for the survival and development of institutions and the value of existence. In this process, resources serving the mission and vision of institutions are only tools to realize this value. But on the practical level,we can see that the private social work organizations, especially the initial grass-roots social work organizations, are forced or actively choose to obtain resources through various formal or informal support networks to achieve the survival of the institutions, and gradually deviate from the value logic of the institution's founding based on the needs of the service object. In this process, the reality of social work organizations Practice path gradually shifts from service object demand-oriented to resource-oriented.Through in-depth observation of the survival strategy of L social work organization, from the perspective of ecosystem theory, the author hopes to better explain the logic and choice behind the action path of grass-roots social work organization in the initial stage, and also provide a way for social work organization to balance the relationship between the demand of service object and resource orientation in the subsequent development process, and to better practice its vision and value concept. It is possible.
