In recent years, many kindergartens have seen the phenomenon of "empty nest" in large classes. Some children "drop out" after they finish their middle classes. This phenomenon is more serious in large classes. The problem of the loss of children in large classes has gradually attracted the attention of the society, but at present, the research on the loss of children in our country is relatively scarce. Therefore,on the basis of reading the domestic and foreign literature on the cohesion of children and children, school readiness and student turnover,235 parents of children who lost their jobs in large classes in a city were selected as the subjects of this study and questionnaires were conducted.A semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 parents and 10 kindergarten teachers who lost their children in large classes.Combining with the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the reasons for the loss, explores the parents' needs for children's school readiness, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on this basis. The research focus of this study is to explore the causes of the loss of children in large classes through data analysis of the questionnaire on the causes of the loss of children in large classes. The survey found that the loss of large-class children is affected by many factors. The main reasons are: parents' subjective needs, objective family reasons, kindergarten reasons and primary school reasons. The conclusions are as follows:1.The loss of large class children in public kindergartens is far greater than that in private kindergartens.2.The loss time of children in large classes is mainly concentrated in the second half of the semester of large classes, and the loss direction is mainly in preschool classes.3.The main reasons for the loss of large class children are: parents' subjective needs, objective family reasons, kindergarten reasons, primary school reasons.Among them, parents' subjective needs are the main reasons for the loss of large classes of children.4.Parents pay more attention to the preparation of children's learning style and general knowledge in the preparations for enrollment in large classes.5.Parents' personal factors(occupation, age)and objective family conditions are all related to the difference of the reasons for the loss of children in large classes to a certain extent.
