The introduction of the universal two-child policy has led to an increase in the number of two-child families,and the education and management behaviors of children in two-child families have attracted attention.Different from the one-child family,the family structure of two-child family has changed,and the increase of family members makes it more difficult to build harmonious family relations,such as the relationship between husband and wife,the relationship between siblings,and the relationship between grandparents.The construction of harmonious family relations in two-child family has been challenged.Most parents who are qualified to have two children are the only child.Due to the transmission of the education and management behavior of the only child,the parents' education and management behavior of children in the two-child family is questioned by the society.In a family with many children,the public has stereotypes on the education and management mode of two-child family,believing that parents will favor the youngest child,and will not pay too much attention to the growth of the eldest son,and will put forward more requirements on the eldest son,such as: the eldest son needs to take care of the youngest son;The eldest son has to do a lot of housework;Parents always let the eldest son give way to the youngest.Based on the fuzziness of the public on the education and management behavior of the two-child family,this study focuses on the education and management behavior of the two-child family.According to behavioral science theories,the family as an organic whole,from the family relationship of two child family,understand the construction of a second child and family relations in the family way,mainly from the concept of family relationship,family roles,coordinate the relationship between family members,and surrounding the arrival of the second child of contradiction,elaborated the arrival of the second child to bring changes in family relations;According to the 3A efficacy theory,the content of family education proposed in the three principles and four laws of family education,namely the way of life,the way of being and the way of learning,is the main basis.Children's daily life is divided into six aspects,namely,entertainment,eating,sleeping,making mistakes,getting sick and learning.By observing parents' education and management of children's daily life events,the author makes specific comparison according to different times and ages.This paper USES the qualitative research method to describe in detail the parents' education and management mode in the two-child family.This study finds that in the process of family relationship construction,parents realize the importance of building a harmonious family relationship and carry out specific role division for building a more harmonious family relationship.The arrival of the second child brings both harmony and challenges to the family.In terms of the education and management of specific daily life events,parents' idea of "all hands are flesh" is obvious.They treat the two children with slightly different forms of education and management,but the purposes and results of education and management are the same.
