Due to the changes of social economy and interpersonal relationship,women bear more and more pressure from work while taking on more and more important jobs.Career women have a big difference in daily life and values compared with those in the past.They also feel pressure from all aspects while actively devoting themselves to work.Too much occupational stress can lead to a negative mental state and a range of negative physical reactions that pose a threat to one's physical and mental health.Career women,in fact,the pressure will affect their working enthusiasm and efficiency,thus influence personal career salary,promotion,development prospects,but also will cause the employee psychological distress and physical exhaustion,professional women should learn the necessary solution to the problem of the pressure to control own mood,relieve their pressure in time.Only in this way can we ensure that we have a positive,healthy and good attitude to work.In this article,through literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey and so on the career women of Y company conducted a series of investigation and analysis,has carried on the case for intervention,to the service object in cognitive behavioral theory and mallow's hierarchy of needs analysis under the perspective of the Y company career women a source of stress,and solution strategy.Eventually help the service object to realize from the change of cognitive level of awareness,irrational to rational mood,new finally achieved the behavior correction,step by step with the help of the career women relieve pressure,and the transition from cognitive behavior are analyzed,and the process of case work in career women pressure relieve problems and provides some countermeasures and Suggestions.
