The learner’s personality is the starting point of education. Based on the study of the personality of the teaching is the art of education, is the true sense of education, because the learner’s learning is a highly personalized activities. The reform of basic education and the implementation of the new college entrance examination program, with special emphasis on the student’s attention, so that every student is different. But the current status of education is not to promote the reform of basic education to provide a mature implementation of the environment. This class of small class education organization under the growth of mentoring students can try to introduce the school, while retaining the mode of teaching in class to cultivate students’ society at the same time, it can be targeted to grasp the characteristics of students’ personality, exclusive education program to develop students based on personality characteristics of students, give targeted education to students. At the same time, as a new student growth guidance system, but also can solve the class system, the emergence of elective system brought about by the problems and the implementation of the new college entrance examination program brought about by the challenges.This study follows the basic paradigm of action research, through a combination of interviews, observation, questionnaire and writing research diary method to student growth system construction supervisor system as the foundation, from the actual problem of teaching as the starting point, in-depth exploration of the implementation process and problems. The results of this study is, through action research, deepen the understanding of the growth of mentoring students, improve research ability to discover problems, achievements communication and learning process and results of the evaluation of students and so on, are summed up based on a set of practicable mode of operation of the management team of the middle school. The specific implementation mode of student development tutorial system is a good interactive system for students, teachers, management team, environment and education mode.The conclusion of this study is that students tutor system can produce the following effects:from the school level, to enhance the school’s influence, promote the school to form a good education environment three-dimensional; from the aspect of teachers, to achieve the unification of teachers "teaching" and "educating people", promote the improvement of teachers professional level, reduce the teacher the working pressure; from the level of students, students can find potential personality and talent, promote the students’ independent and comprehensive development of students, the degree of concern is improved. In addition, through the implementation of the tutorial system, the education theory and teaching practice can be combined to solve the problem of low correlation between teaching and scientific research in the traditional education mode.
