Compared with urban middle schools,there are some gaps in resources,teachers and teaching conditions.However,every child has the right to enjoy quality education.Education and teaching in rural schools can not abandon themselves.Each curriculum must give full play to its own functions.Every teacher must also play its own role,be aggressive,strive to be strong,and make the greatest contribution to the maximum development of students and the realization of educational equity.Writing teaching is one of the most difficult problems in Chinese teaching.There are many restrictive factors in writing teaching in township middle schools,such as the monotony of students' after-school life,the lack of after-school reading,which lead to the lack of writing materials and the inadequate teaching guidance of teachers.Today's society has developed into the "Internet +" information era.The internet has become an indispensable part of the vast majority of people's lives,affecting everyone's life and the operation of all walks of life.The outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial Implementation)issued by the ministry of education in 2001 clearly pointed out that: "We should vigorously promote the universal application of information technology in the teaching process,promote the integration of information technology and subject curriculum,gradually realize the transformation of the presentation of teaching content,students' learning methods,teachers' teaching methods and teacher-student interaction methods,and give full play to the advantages of information technology." Potential,for students' learning and development to provide a rich and colorful educational environment and powerful learning tools."Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards(2011 edition)" also points out that "actively and rationally use the advantages of information technology and network,enrich writing forms,stimulate writing interest,enhance students' creative expression,show opportunities for communication and mutual evaluation." To break the bottleneck of the development of township middle school education and make up for the shortcomings of writing teaching in township middle school,it should be a way out to make use of network resources.This paper takes the township middle schools where the author once taught as an example to study the related problems of applying network resources to the writing teaching in the township middle schools,and to explore effective ways to improve the writing teaching in the township middle schools with the help of information technology and network resources.The main content of the paper is composed of network resources and its significance to writing teaching,the investigation of the present situation of writing teaching in township middle schools and the application of network resources,and the countermeasures and measures for the application of network resources in writing teaching in township middle schools.The last part focuses on the basic guarantee,main strategies and specific measures,which include browsing news and information,watching movies and TV works,searching for online books,creating class QQ and We chat Groups.Each measure corresponds to an improvement of writing behavior.
