Educational discipline is an indispensable educational means in the process of school education and teaching,which has far-reaching significance in maintaining a good educational order and cultivating children's rule consciousness and sense of the duty during their early childhood in the basic stage of primary and secondary education.With the deepening of educational reform,the times make new requirements to teachers' educational disciplinary behavior,and place more emphasis on the humanistic concern of teachers in educational discipline.To correctly treat and deal with the relationship between educational discipline and teachers' care has become a new problem that needs to be faced urgently under the new situation.However,at present,there is a lack of research on educational discipline and teachers' care in China,especially on the care performance of teachers in educational discipline at the stage of primary education.This research is mainly based on the theory of care,the theory about warning and correction of punishment and the theory of teachers' professional ethics,and takes 300 students and 100 teachers from 4 primary schools in Jiexiu urban and rural areas of Shanxi province as the survey object to carry out questionnaire distribution and observation.This paper makes a theoretical and practical study on the present situation of teachers' care in educational discipline.The study investigates the situation of teachers' care at primary school in educational discipline from six aspects,that are respect,responsibility,attention,understanding,encouragement and assistance,learns about the care predicament faced by primary school teachers in carrying out educational discipline,finds out its existing problems,analyzes its causes,and tries to put forward some countermeasures to improve the level of care in primary school teachers' discipline.On the basis of understanding the overall situation,this paper analyzes the individual differences about students' gender,urban and rural areas,holding class cadres and academic achievements,in order to have a deeperunderstanding of the care situation in primary school teachers' educational discipline.The results of the survey show that there are the following problems about the teachers' care at primary school in educational punishment activities: the overall situation of educational discipline tends to be severe,and the respect for students in discipline is insufficient;male students' sense of care in discipline is lower than that of female students;the sense of care of urban primary school students is slightly lower than that of rural areas;the sense of care of ordinary students is significantly lower than that of students serving as class cadres;students who are often disciplined have poor perception of care;teachers generally encounter many predicaments in discipline caused by internal factors and external factors.According to the care problems existing under the implementation of education discipline by primary school teachers,the author analyzes the causes of the problems,which are as follows: the teachers' professional quality is low,and the caring ability in educational discipline is limited;the resistance force of external factors such as students,parents and public opinion is obvious;the educational discipline lacks the necessary system guarantee,and teachers' professional autonomy is on the low side;the heavy tasks for teachers and the single evaluation standard for teachers in schools;the lack of guidance on teachers' disciplinary behaviors in schools and the unsound feedback mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the investigation results and the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the level of care of primary school teachers in educational discipline: teachers should take the initiative to promote professional ethics awareness and enhance the ability of education management;the school should strengthen the system construction,increase the guidance and training to the teacher;perfect the legal norms of the educational discipline,provide the basis and guarantee for the teacher;guide and mobilize all parties to form the educational joint force.
