With the development of society and the progress of human beings,the education of our country is gradually developing towards the scientific and rational standard.Among these,many details of education are constantly highlighted.Educational discipline is one of them,especially in primary school,educators attach importance to it because of the particularity of its teaching object.When we put more perspective on the disciplinary problems in primary education,we will find that the teachers' attitude towards educational discipline is not correct,the legal boundaries of educational discipline are blurred,lack of legal safeguards for teacher discipline and nonedisciplinary or over-disciplinary of two-end swing state,etc.All these will greatly affect the teaching quality in primary education.Therefore,this paper makes an analysis and exploration on the central issue of the implementation of educational discipline in primary education,and tries to find out the problems and put forward effective strategies to solve them.Except the Introduction,this thesis is divided into four chapters:The introduction part mainly elaborates the reason of choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review part,defines the related concepts and expounds the research methods.The first chapter is the basic theory of educational discipline is preliminarily expounded,including the characteristics and functions of educational discipline,and from the four perspectives of law,psychology,moral education and management,the author demonstrates the rationality of educational discipline in education and teaching activities.The second chapter is the design and implementation of the investigation,introduces the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and describes the results of the investigation.In the third chapter,according to the actual investigation results and interview results,the current situation of educational discipline in primary education is summarized and sorted out.Summing up the problems and analyzing the attribution.Such as the law lacks specific implementation rules,the law does not have sufficient protection for teachers,teachers' discipline is affected by the bad emotions,school discipline and lack of the class rules.Teachers don't apply the concept of educational discipline itself or lack of the educational discipline integrity,etc.In the end,this thesis puts forward some suggestions on the strategy of the discipline in primary school education.The countermeasures in the legal level are to realize the education through the perfection of legislation and the strengthening of the legal protection for teachers.Schools and teachers also need to formulate democratic school regulations and class rules.Teachers should learn emotional managements,strengthen the understanding of educational discipline.which abided by educational principles,fairness and timeliness and establish the good communication between teachers and parents At the same time,teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students' positive personality in order to promote the educational discipline to achieve better results.
