| Recent years,with focusing on quality education for children,more and more parents want their children to be developed in many ways.Most of parents have chosen art training as study programs for children after school.More and more art schools become popular and there are a lot of favorable policies for candidates,these make art education and training industry became unprecedented booming in recent year.For the current trending,it will not be disappeared in short time.Inversely,it will be prospecting in the future.Therefore,art training institutions will develop rapidly in many major cities.In this paper,we focus on Sunshine training which is the largest art education and training institutions in Jilin Province.As a professional teaching organization,Sunshine School is for elementary education and serves comprehensive training courses for most of children,students and adults.Although sunshine school has been built for very long time,in the highly competitive education market in Changchun,how to face cost and competition pressures,adjust their own growth,use marketing tools for promotion are important elements for outstanding.By analyzing experience and lessons in sunshine school’s growing process,we hope to help that school to solve out the existing problems and make it development vigorously through market environment analysis and the combination marketing analysis of the PEST,SWOT,STP,7Ps.These marketing analysis and strategy are useful to others training schools and other areas’ marketing strategy as well. |
