Children with cerebral palsy have dyskinesia and abnormal posture due to non-progressive brain injury, and 90% of children with cerebral palsy have sluggish development. The dyskinesia greatly affects the communication and communication between the child and the outside world, and brings pain and burden to the individual, the family and the society. The rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy has become a demand for cerebral palsy, family and society, and has become a research hotspot for rehabilitation and education professionals.Based on this background, this study aims to explore the effect of this method on the gross motor ability of children with cerebral palsy and the techniques and methods of balance therapy training through a balanced therapy suitable for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Three cerebral palsy students, one with ataxia type cerebral palsy, one Xu-type cerebral palsy, and one hypotonic cerebral palsy. The independent variable is balance therapy, and the dependent variable is a coarse movement, which is specifically defined as the movement, movement and body coordination action of the large muscle system by controlling the elbow, shoulder, hip, knee joint, etc.of the body.In this study,a single subject withdrawal study design was used in a single subject study. The intervention program flow included the preparation phase(determination of the study subjects, development of the training program),and the experimental phase(collecting students from the baseline, interventional, and maintenance phases).Information on the ability to move, and through visual analysis and "parent interview outline" to understand the effectiveness of this research intervention),data writing stage. The results of the study are: Balance therapy has immediate effect and short-term maintenance effect on improving the ability of children with cerebral palsy. At the same time, the researchers sorted out the techniques and methods of balance therapy based on teaching reflection and related materials: balance therapy training should master the techniques of neural reflex operation, synergistic control, alternating control and midline control technology.
