Social Work Intervention Study On Improving Resistance Of Parents Of Children With Cerebral Palsy

With the change of people's life style,more and more complicated diseases have become the "devil" in people's life,among which cerebral palsy is a very difficult "intractable disease",which has gradually attracted people's attention.Once a child with cerebral palsy appears in an otherwise happy family,it is like falling into the fear of "the sky falls and the earth falls apart".The families of children with cerebral palsy not only have to fight against the disease for a long time,but also bear the multiple pressures of economy and psychology.However,the parents of children with cerebral palsy bear a lot of pressure in the process of long-term rehabilitation of children,which is in urgent need of social attention and help.Long-term difficulties raise higher requirements on parents' ability to cope with adversity and setbacks,but in most cases,parents' resilience level is still insufficient to cope with life difficulties.However,the level of resilience of parents of children with cerebral palsy has a direct impact on the rehabilitation effect of children and the quality of life of the family,so it is urgent for social workers to care and help.Based on the third affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university rehabilitation of six cerebral palsy children's parents as the research object,USES the interview method for cerebral palsy children's parents to the actual situation of statistics and collection,and for parents to face difficulties,art performance and protection factors,at the same time,on the basis of data analysis,the writer introduced the involvement of the team's work methods and effective guide for parents,by conducting several effective training and guidance,focusing on improving parents self-cognition,inner protection factors such as self-efficacy,at the same time also actively help the parents to build a good family care,Set up "slow angel peer" WeChat mutual aid platform and other external protection factors.Combined with this study,it can be concluded that group intervention plays a good role in improving the resilience level of parents of children with cerebral palsy and improving the quality of life of children and their families.
